Minimum Variance Stock Allocation

A simple python script that implements the concepts and formulas mentioned in the Mad Fientist’s Unique Risk Series.

The vision for this is to turn it into a web app that users can access to derive quick insights into risks associated with different portfolio makeups.

Open Source: Go Client Library for GitHub API

Implemented support for the action artifacts API, deprecated query parameter authentication, as well as some refactoring of the Teams API.
